Chances are you know an atheist. Chances are quite high actually. More and more people are becoming atheists, not because it’s contagious mind you, but because people are becoming more educated and honest with themselves. At least that is what I hope for. I was just rummaging around the internet and found a couple videos. These chilled me to the bone. They reminded me greatly of the letter and hand written note I received in the mail. I was grateful that my grandmother didn’t know they were there. I feared for her safety and their reputation in town. It was one of the reasons I left and moved to the next town over. The other is because I’m a clutter bug and I was causing too much stress for my anal retentive grandmother who needs everything to look just so.(just so you know the whole story (c:)
I digress. These videos are a prime example why 90% of Atheist don’t say shit about what they believe.
We are afraid of losing our jobs, our friends and our families who are so deeply entrench in a belief system that breeds such hate for “the others.” I’m not just talking about christianity here people. Atheist are a minority being ruled by the paranoid religious. They are the living embodiment of victimhood. Without the delusion of being victims they would all die of boredom.
